HARRISBURG (March 22, 2010) - Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association (PSCOA) President Donald G. McNany today called the state Department of Corrections' (DOC) decision to remove officers from towers at five of the state's largest prisons irresponsible.


This Public Service Advertisement was placed in newspapers surrounding the 5 Institutions (names changed for corresponding area) slated for tower closings. This example was for SCI Camp Hill.


This letter is being sent to Senators, Representatives, Local Government Officials, District Attorneys and Law Enforcement Agencies in the communities surrounding the 5 Institutions slated for tower closings.
