Effective January 1, 2012, all persons that receive pay from PSCOA will be required have the below linked Residence Certification form on file in order to continue to get paid. This change is due to the passing of Act 32 for all counties in PA, effective 2012. Under Act 32, the tax collection for the thousands of local earned income tax (EIT) taxing jurisdictions are being consolidated into 69 county-wide districts, each governed by a Tax Collection Committee (TCC).
