Processing for H1 Contract Pay Changes

Below is the much anticipated information regarding the Commonwealth’s implementation of the H-1 Interest Arbitration Award with respect to pay processing;

Due to the volume of retroactivity that will need to occur to implement the H1 arbitration award pay changes, the anticipated error resolution that will need to be completed by OA HRS to meet pay processing time frames, and the fact that these changes cross all 3 pay areas, a processing schedule for payments to affected employees will be as outlined below:

 

  • For Z3 Employees:
    • Pay Date 01/09/2015
      • First/Master Class;
      • Retro annual/longevity increments;
      • Retro shift differential

 

    • Pay Date 01/23/2015
      • 01/01/2015 GPI (will include pay at higher rate for 01/01-09/2015; full GPI will be reflected in pay of 02/06/2015)

 

  • For Z1 & Z2 Employees:
    • Pay Date 01/16/2015
      • First/Master Class;
      • Retro annual/longevity increments;
      • Retro shift differential
      • 01/01/2015 GPI (will include pay at higher rate for 01/01-02/2015; full GPI will be reflected in pay of 01/30/2015)
